Mixed media installation about the U.S. invasion in Afghanistan and the confluence of dominant Christian values of Catholicism. Symbolism references are: Doubting of Thomas depicted by flesh on walls, Christian cosmology of the sacraments of wine, water and oil parallels critical supplies air dropped for troops. Hexagonal gold table and parachutes as harmony, balance and journey away from sin. Windows covered in orange filters and lipstick as fire. Ladder, rose stems/thorns, decayed mylar fragments, and cigarette butts represent the accent of the Vatican Dome.
